espresso sorbet-tini

  • 1 shot (40ml) Patrón XO Cafe
  • 1 capsule (40ml) Nespresso Cafezinho do Brasil (espresso extraction)
  • 1 tablespoon light agave nectar
  • ice cubes
  • 1 scoop chocolate sorbet, to serve 
  1. Place the Patrón XO Cafe, Nespresso, agave nectar and ice in a cocktail shaker or jug and shake or stir.
  2. Place the sorbet in a martini glass and pour over the coffee mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 1.
