re-style: lime and tequila fish tacos

​If you couldn’t love tacos anymore, my lime and tequila fish tacos also can be tweaked with a few simple tricks.

FOR SALAD DAYS
Arrange the ingredients on serving plates without the tortillas to make an elegant salad. Serve with lime wedges.

FOR SATURDAY LUNCH 
Replace the tortillas with soft bread rolls. Mix a few teaspoons of the tequila marinade with a little mayonnaise to serve on the side.
