the clean green breakfast juice

  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
  • 8-10 ice cubes 
  • 2 cups (50g) baby spinach leaves 
  • 1 peeled banana  
  • 16 whole raw almonds
  1. Place the coconut water and ice in a blender. Add the baby spinach leaves, banana and whole raw almonds, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour the juice into glasses or jars (straws optional) to serve. Serves 2
