the clean green breakfast juice
- 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
- 8-10 ice cubes
- 2 cups (50g) baby spinach leaves
- 1 peeled banana
- 16 whole raw almonds
- Place the coconut water and ice in a blender. Add the baby spinach leaves, banana and whole raw almonds, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the juice into glasses or jars (straws optional) to serve. Serves 2
