cranberry and pomegranate spritz
- 1½ cups (325ml) cranberry juice
- crushed ice
- 3 cups (750ml) sparkling wine or Champagne
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup (40g) frozen cranberries
- Divide the cranberry juice and crushed ice between 6 Champagne flutes.
- Top each with the sparkling wine and pomegranate seeds.
- Thread the cranberries onto small skewers and use to garnish the glasses to serve. Serves 6.
