pomegranate and ginger fizz

  • ½ cup (125ml) pomegranate juice
  • ¼ cup (60ml) light agave syrup 
  • 12 thin sticks fresh ginger 
  • 1 bottle (750ml) chilled Champagne
  1. Mix to combine the pomegranate juice and agave syrup. Divide between 6 Champagne flutes and add the ginger. Top with Champagne to serve. Makes 935ml. 

Serves 6 (7.1 standard drinks).
