espresso sorbet-tini

  • 30ml Patrón XO Cafe
  • 30ml fresh espresso
  • 1 tablespoon light agave syrup
  • ice cubes
  • 1 scoop chocolate sorbet, to serve 
  1. Place the Patrón XO Cafe, espresso, agave nectar and ice in a cocktail shaker or jug and shake or stir.
  2. Place the sorbet in a martini glass and pour over the coffee mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 1
