espresso sorbet-tini
- 30ml Patrón XO Cafe
- 30ml fresh espresso
- 1 tablespoon light agave syrup
- ice cubes
- 1 scoop chocolate sorbet, to serve
- Place the Patrón XO Cafe, espresso, agave nectar and ice in a cocktail shaker or jug and shake or stir.
- Place the sorbet in a martini glass and pour over the coffee mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 1
