pure green smoothie

  • 1 cup (40g) trimmed and chopped kale leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped 
  • 1 cup (50g) baby spinach leaves 
  • ½ banana, chopped 
  • 1½ cups (375ml) cold-pressed green apple juice 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  1. Place the kale, cucumber, spinach, banana, apple 
juice and lemon juice in a blender and blend for 
1–2 minutes or until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
