the smoothest of green smoothies
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup (25g) baby spinach leaves
- 1 stalk silverbeet (Swiss chard) or kale, trimmed and leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves
- 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place the banana, spinach, silverbeet, parsley, mint, coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses to serve. Serves 2
