cool smoothies

  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers (260g), roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon matcha green tea powder+
  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
  1. Place the cucumber, mint, matcha and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses, over ice, to serve. Serves 2

+ You can find matcha green tea powder at health food shops or asian grocers.
