strawberry and bitters sparkling cocktail

  • 12 sugar cubes
  • 250g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 12 drops Angostura Bitters
  • 3 cups (750ml) sparkling wine or Champagne
  1. Divide the sugar cubes, strawberries and bitters between 6 Champagne flutes. Top up with sparkling wine to serve. Serves 6
