strawberry and bitters sparkling cocktail
- 12 sugar cubes
- 250g strawberries, thinly sliced
- 12 drops Angostura Bitters
- 3 cups (750ml) sparkling wine or Champagne
- Divide the sugar cubes, strawberries and bitters between 6 Champagne flutes. Top up with sparkling wine to serve. Serves 6
