cool green smoothie
- ½ banana, peeled
- ½ cup (12g) baby spinach leaves
- 1 stalk kale, leaves only
- 6 large mint leaves
- 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 ice cubes
- Place the banana, spinach, kale, mint, coconut water, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses, over ice to serve. Serves 1
