the berry delicious breakfast juice
- 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
- 8-10 ice cubes
- 2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries
- 16 whole raw cashews
- a few mint leaves
- Place the coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the frozen mixed berries, raw cashews and mint leaves to the juice mixture, before blending.
- Pour the juice into glasses or jars (straws optional) to serve. Serves 2
