the berry delicious breakfast juice

  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
  • 8-10 ice cubes 
  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries 
  • 16 whole raw cashews 
  • a few mint leaves
  1. Place the coconut water and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the frozen mixed berries, raw cashews and mint leaves to the juice mixture, before blending. 
  2. Pour the juice into glasses or jars (straws optional) to serve. Serves 2
