hoisin peanut dipping sauce

  • ½ cup (125ml) hoisin sauce
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) rice vinegar 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 2 small red chillies, sliced 
  • ⅓ cup (45g) chopped roasted peanuts
  1. Place the hoisin, vinegar, garlic, chilli and peanuts in a non-metallic bowl and stir to combine. Makes 1 cup.

+ Use this dipping sauce as you would the nuoc cham.
