  • 3 ice cubes
  • 40ml chilled pear juice
  • 40ml chilled gin or vodka
  • 40ml tonic water
  • 2 teaspoons elderflower cordial
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • thinly sliced pear and a twist of lime, to serve
  1. Place the ice cubes into a 250ml glass. Add pear juice, gin or vodka, tonic water, elderflower cordial and lime juice and stir to combine.
  2. Top with a pear slice and a twist of lime, to serve. Serves 1
