spiced malted hot chocolate mix with marshmallows

to assemble your mix:

  • ½ cup (80g) icing (confectioner’s) sugar
  • ½ cup (50g) Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • ¾ cup (75g) malt powder in a bowl. 
  • 2-cup-capacity (500ml) glass jar
  • small bag of marshmallows. 
  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture with 1 cup (250ml) hot milk. Serve with the marshmallows.
